Settings
Email settings you can change without editing code. Secrets (API keys, the .env SMTP password) stay in .env; passwords added here are stored encrypted and never shown again.
How sending accounts work
- Each email is sent from the account chosen on its draft. Every account has its own daily limit and a minimum delay between emails.
- New account = recently created mailbox. It starts with warm-up: a small daily limit that grows a little each day, for your real, reviewed emails. Existing account = a mailbox with a normal sending history.
- Warm-up here never sends fake emails or fake engagement. Test emails go only to your own addresses. It reduces risk but cannot guarantee a provider won’t restrict an account.
- When a provider reports a limit or block, the account pauses automatically. Emails are never moved to another account to get around a limit.
No sending accounts yet. Add one, or set SMTP_* in .env and restart the backend.
